Airworld Mig 21 build questions

1 Attachment(s)
Hi Guys,

just received my airworld Mig 21 and there are a couple of formers in the kit that are not identified in the photos provided. The semicircular formers seem only to fit in the nose section of the fuse just behind the former that holds the nose cone, but I am not sure what they are for. The rectangular formers may be the elevator servo mounting formers but again I have no photos or description of them in the kit.

Can anyone help with identification of these formers?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Wayne, awesome! That is exactly what I was after....thank you.

Vin, have sen some pics of yours and Wayne did a great job on it....it looked great. I understand that you are the resident Mig21 expert.....any tips on the flying side of things with the AW version? I seem to recall some later pics of it perhaps having a different paint scheme....or maybe it was a different model?

Shot of mine assembled within 15 mins of unpacking the box....the only hold up was fitting the wing spars through the tubes.....a bit of excess glue prevented them going straight in...I soon fixed that. Have dry fitted all other formers and it does not look like it will be that hard to build, considering the re-engineering I have done on the other jet pictured below!

Thanks for the help guys....much appreciated!

Regards,

Craig.
