GPSll and JETI

I have a powerbox GPSll I am trying to configure with my DS16 and onboard CB200 with R3 receivers. I have gone on to the powerbox site and configured the GPSll to JETI and optimization for speed as I am trying to use it for real time airspeed and would like to get an audio output. Per powerbox I have plugged into the EXT port on the CB200 and tried configuring the EXT to both telemetry or ExBus but in either case is not showing up on my device explorer. Can someone help me out?

Thanks

I don't believe it's supposed to show up in Device Explorer, most devices don't. You should configure the Ext port for Telemetry and look in the Telemetry setup menu, not in device Explorer. It should be automatically discovered and then you can add it to displayed telemetry, voice announcements, etc.
Not sure what you plan on doing with the information from it but since you specifically mentioned airspeed, it may be worth mentioning that it won't report a remotely accurate airspeed except in dead calm conditions. Just wanted to be sure you weren't planning on using it as a stall warning or anything like that as it would be totally unsuitable for that purpose.

Thanks for your help, working now with great audible output. I have m speed pitot on my other models but this one just too difficult to attempt an install. I do realize the difference in airspeed to groundspeed just trying to get the model into a reasonable speed zone for landing approach and this unit should help recognizing the limits of GPS speed to measured air speed.

I am am not sure why I could not find the telemetry information before. I thought I looked when I had the EXT configured to ExBus and then telemetry and couldn’t find it. After your post I went back to make sure I left it on telemetry. The only other thing I did was hit the refresh button in some of the displays and all of a sudden it was there.
thanks
