Yep, too much to build repair and to fly (and because of that I need to save money for a turbine :eek: ).

3: The CA hinges work great, you don't need to replace them unless it is just a personal preference. Hundreds of Boomerangs are flying with CA hinges.

Hello guys

I just put resin (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHZ15&P=M and http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXCX58&P=ML ) on the body wing structure add a little weigh but it is excellent.:D
But I didn’t take any pic. too post.[&o]

Well I just got back from the field, I was able to put on another five flights today; the winds were straight down the runway between 15 and 20 MPH steady.
I use the first notch of flaps and had to carry power all the way to touch down, this is a great everyday flier!

I'm afraid our flying season may be all but over for this year... I guess it may be time to start my next project!

Pffff, don`t know the specifications, just picked up a 600mm long and 20mm round aluminium piece for 5 euro.
The constructor where I bought the material said it would be strong enough.

We will see during first landings :D

Yes yes, I made a start with the main gears this early morning:

No progression on the gears yet.

But some on the flaps, I decide to make the flaps in the center wing part so started with cutting out a flap.

And then you can see that Chinese can build with air, there`s a gap of 5mm between the wingsurface and the ribs [:@]

I picked up a lightly crashed Avonds Rafale as 2nd jet :D
It struck a tree due to interfence with a installed camera, the former owner came across a Aviation Rafale for a nice price so this one needed to go, for free :)

So when the Formost is flyable I can repair this one[8D]

And I completly understand why, damn I didn`t know that air was such a good glue ;)


When I`ve my Cessna 337 Skymaster flying again I gonna put the Formost on the building board, besides the fuselage I also gonna open up the wings, modify them and glass them instead of covering.
