i dont know if this will help but if you can increase the spur gear and or reduce clutch bell gear size that might help or look for steel spur gears also check clearance between gears

that twin engine mammoth is cool, good job. its refreshing to see something different. If they stop making parts, you can always modify other rc parts/ or fabricate stuff to work. thats half the fun
it does look wierd with the paddle tires though-cheers -scott

Its a company that doesn't have much parts support and is teetering on going out of business from what I've been told. I always recommend people stick with the large mainstream companies like AE,Losi,HPI where parts support is plentiful etc etc........

RE: xtm mammoth and other xtm trucks
HAha! Almost a year late for this party, really had to look for it. I guess most of the XTM owners stuck to the Global Forums. I just started actually checking other forums. I may not still have my original first XTM but I do have a few others which are still my favorite trucks. I'm thinking once I get all settled, I'm going to race practice my XTM MMT.

RE: xtm mammoth and other xtm trucks
I have one XTM project I'm working on. I converted my Mammoth ST into an On Road car. I just need to tweek a little more here and there . Working with small budget sucks.
