well this is the mods i have done to my T-Maxx transmission
it was time for me to do an inspection of my modified T-Maxx transmission .
modified T-Maxx centrifugal clutch drum.

I have Another Broken Plastic motor mount
I will try to make my motor mount myself first...
This is what i have sofar its the old aluminum
chasis deck plate from the T-Maxx and as you can see its all set to cut
and drill........
Well here is the completed Motor mount
All i had on hand to make this motor mount was this thats it.
Oh and a cheap drill

Looks good. All i will say though, is that the forward only conversion is still a better way of doing it. You dont have brakes with your setup, correct? A FOC would give you brakes, which is nice to have and something you really need if you are offroading, etc...
However, you could probably modify both shift sprags to stay out all the time, which would then give you brakes and act just like a FOC except for the 1/2 rotation of slop it would have in it.

I still have brakes the mechanical bakes work better than the motor brake
and dont stress the Motor or esc under hard braking.
this truck has been greate for two years now sofar.
I just set the ESC to Mode two and Go.

Snook is right anyways, forgot all about that part. Nothing wrong with your setup radioman. Im all for using what you have already. I didnt realize you had the mechanical brakes hooked up, but obviously that works good.
