The 945 is what I use in my Savage.Your using that servo in a Tc3??? Thats a little bit of overkill IMO.That servo has 153oz of torque and a transit speed of [email protected] tried the 645 for my steering but thought it was to slow with a transit time of .22@6 volts.

Default T3

I am sorry guys I meant to say its going into a Factory Team T3 truck. Not the Tc3 I finally sold the TC3.
I havent built the truck yet but the guys at the hobby shop said its a good servo. And I use allot of Hitec servos and receivers in my airplanes and really like them so I bought. I am going to put a Novak GT7 ESC in it and buy two six packs of matched and pushed 3300's for it and a stock and mod motors.

Sounds sweet.I have an Old Electric Rc10Ls that I bought for 50$ on Ebay. It's been sitting on my desk with a Brand new Reedy 10x2 for about 2 months.I keep spend the $$ for the rest of the electronics on my Nitro's.I want to run an AE V7.1 and run an 8 cell 3300 pack on it.I just want a speed demon so I may swap the 10 turn for something lower in winds.

Your the lucky one if you can order from HPI Europe!!!! If you can you get the option of getting the kit with or without an engine. Then you don't have to pay for the engine and it may save you some shipping costs.I don't know if HPI Europe deals with the public like they do in the US but it's worth a shot.

Default Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!!

Why isn't anyone else running the Dominator
My buddy had one and after seeing it lap all the Maxxs I bought one too

Last night I was wiping up the T-maxxs,

It has so many advantages over the Tmaxx and Savage, Why don't you see any talk about them?

Yea, we have heard about them......I think it is the next popular subject to the good ole "Whats better.....Savage or T-Maxx". It is supposed to be released at the end of August or the beginning of September.

I think I am going to wait a couple of months till I buy a Savage SS. Because I really would like the version without the engine.. And I know as soon as I buy one it will become available So I am going to see if HPI brings out the kit without the engine by Christmas I bet they do. Now I need to read up on what would be the hottest 21 size engine for a monstor truck

I doubt they will bring it here.HPI Europe had a Savage21 without radio gear and it never made it to the states.I don't think there would be a big enough market for it here.If you think about the majority how many people would buy a kit with no engine or radio gear?We might get 10 replies from the board here but I don't think demand would be great enough for HPI to make it available.Get the SS now lol!!!!! I wanna here a reveiw and see pics!!!!!!

Well I guess I will need to pick up my SS as soon as I am able. Right now I am outfitting a couple of real fast electric jets and its real expensive so the Savage may have to wait for a couple of months. Maybe I will get lucky and it will go down in price Ya right thats gonna happen. I need two high performance servos for my M8 and I am going to intsall the reverse module but I have plenty of standard servos for that. And I need to build a 1650 small RX pack for it. I promise I will post pictures I just got my new digital SLR so I will post all kinds of pretty pictures. Photo is my other hobby I mostly shoot planes especially the ones that I build and fly.
I will keep you guys updated

I think there's plenty of a market here for the no radio, no engine kits. In fact, I think if you poled experience R/Cers, more would choose these kits than not. RTR's are more for beginners.

Yeah but the number of beginners out weighs the number of Pro's and thats what HPI will look at while considering the release of the Kit W/O an engine. You never know they might put it out but now without significant reason too.
