Default Twin 24.7 thunder quake!! Check it out!!

I was just checking out www.extremercparts.com to see the twin engine thunder quake brad at extreme had built. You should visit the site and check it out in the photo gallery page at extreme. I painted the body for him Extreme makes buttet proof parts for the thunder quake, nitro quake, monster pirate and monster blazer. Stan www.1stplacerace.com

Very nice, I've heard TQ's are easy to convert to twin engines, wouldn't those 24.7's get quite hot? I don't see much airflow holes in the body there, should at least make a large oval/rectangular hole in the windhsield.

I think this body is going to make some trade show rounds and will not be used untill I get his next order (he is in a long line) painted and shipped to him. I think this truck is actually going to be shipped to rc nitro mag for a feature article.

the twin thunder quake sure looks kool and by looking the videos on the web site you can really see how poorly it handles and is underpowered with a single engine...It sure needed those 2 engines I am very curious and would like to see a video of it with the twins in it...

The torq. .21 is a real dog for sure. My friend had a nitro quake and the engine always ran well, but it did not have alot of power.

If you go to the forum on www.extremercparts.com or to www.home-bound1.com
There are vids of the Twin TQ with the xtms. He also has a new twin TQ up for auction on e-bay.
Also a TQ with twin Torq21s is an awsome truck to drive.
I am currently putting in the xtm 24.7 pros into mine.
I also have a Hot Bodies Dirt Demon with twin 26s that is also very impressive.

a single xtm in the thunder quake brings out the monster in it .... and from what i hear the twin torq's are about even with the single xtm .... but twin xtm's and they say you are over 70 mph ....

most of the time he runs his twin without the lid ... just the roll cage ...

here is my tq with a single xtm in it
