best (or worst) rc crash story?
i was driving my txt-1 and i jumped it... really high. i cracked two of the shocks, popped one off its ball, and practically shattered the wheel it landed on. the stock plastic skid plate broke also. investment time...

My transmitter batteries went low and my T-Maxx got away....shot full speed down the street and went under the front of my neighbors car. It was a small car and didnt sit more than about 4 inches off the ground. My truck was completely smashed under it. Broke 4 shocks, tore the head and carb off the motor, broke the motormount at all 4 chassis screws, riped the gas tank in half, tore the battery and the receiver boxes off, pulled the antena wire out of the receiver, bent my shock towers and turnbuckles, bent my steering and throtle linkage and cracked a tire rim. Really did an incredible amount of damage. Took me a week to repair but I was out with it yesterday running just perfect! I now watch my batteries more closely!

I was over at my sister's house showing off to my 12 year old nephew. I was running the savage up and down the driveway and decided to go across the lawn. Well she hadn't mowed the grass lately so as I drove across the sidewalk and up on the other part of the lawn the tall grass picked up the front wheels into a major wheelie. I lost control and hooked into a tree. Had to replace the c-hub and that was all but it was really exciting for a little while.

there is a looong post with pictures somewhere in the nitro section.
basically it became a runaway, hit a parked car tire. instantly folded in half fuel tank went boom.... fire, then melted stuff.
brought the remains to ofna ent the worst wreck that anyone who works for ofna has ever seen. lol

oof! that looks really bad!! the entire chassis is bent... it baffles my mind as to how both the chassis plates bent... radio glitch?

man you must have been moving to do that to a savage.. that chassis is strong.
can you bend it back? what else was broken?
I dont think I have ever had a real real bad crash.. most times I only break one or two things. nothing like the carnage I have seen here.
