Redcat Rampage MT V2 frame - Help

Guys I need your help. Is the front 4 - 5 inches of the frame suppose to be bent up about a 1/4 inch? Hit something really hard and think I bent the frame but damn I cannot get it back straight. Is it bent like a skid plate?

If you go on eBay and search for RedCat Rampage chassis you can see some pics of bare chassis. The V2 is the same as the V3 chassis and it is bent up in the front, btw the technical term is kickup.
