Best Electric 4wd Monster truck
I was heavy into the rc world back in around 2010 or so. I had lots of vehicles, my favorites being my HPI Savage Flux and my traxxas stampedes etc.
I am looking for a monster truck (probably), electric, 4wd, and atleast 45 or 50mph. My savage flux and traxxas were tough as nails. I am looking for the same thing. I really like the Xmaxx, but that's a bit out of my price range. The Erevo looks nice also.
I know a lot of people hate traxxas and think they are over priced, BUT my LHS stocks traxxas parts and im planning on doing ZERO racing, just bashing.
Whats out there?
Reliable, parts easily accessible, Fast, 4wd is what im looking for.
Price range - I would say 600 max with batteries. I currently have 2 3s packs id like to use on the new rig.

One of the most popular MT bashers, currently, is the ARRMA Kraton 6S BLX, which is 1/8 scale, and built with aluminum in the right places, compared to the all-plastic E-Revo. I owned a Kraton pre-roller chassis, and even had a bunch of parts to build it, but ended up selling it, because I didn't think I'd get into. I sort of regret doing that, but it just sat on the shelf for too long. I also owned an ARRMA Senton 6S BLX, and did run it a few times, and it was quite a beast, but the short course truck design didn't grow on me, so I sold it. hahaha... I just bought a DHK Maximus budget 1/8 scale pre-roller chassis, and am going to actually build it into something to fit my driving interests.

do yourself a favor and research Arrma. The Kraton and Outcast are amazing. Price, durability, design and upgrades. Technically a they are a monster truggy. Here's a couple vids of my Outcast. It's easily the most badass, fun, and durable RC I've owned
