What is your preference for running an MT? You'll have brand faithful swearing by there companys truck. I think they all have there Flaws! I think it depends on what you want from your truck.

It all depends. Ya know, I used to LOVE my t-maxx, and praise it's well built design and parts....
Till last Sat.
Driving along breaking in the new piston / sleeve that Traxxas was nice enough to replace for me.... One wrong move into a curb ruined the front end...
I used to speak fondly about the T-Maxx, telling people how nice they were and how tough they were. They are tough, don't get me wrong, just dirt tough... Head to head with a curb the curb wins every time...
Until I can spend a thousand dollars to upgrade it all to alum, I'm staying off the roads...
Till last Sat.
Driving along breaking in the new piston / sleeve that Traxxas was nice enough to replace for me.... One wrong move into a curb ruined the front end...

Why wasn't the Dominator Extreme up there? That thing is durable (all aluminum), fast (designed for racing), and plenty strong (right on par with MGT and Savage 21).

pfft anything but that damn t-maxx. no less than 1hour ago i punted my hpi rush head on into a curb, what did it do? bounced over tail first n upside down. what did it break? nothing. what did i do? turned it over put it down and proceeded to hit some speedbumps at full throttle. i like duribility in a vehicle hence it hurts me deeply to see that damn t-trash winning this poll.

The Dominator Extreme is nice - I am selling my entire RC collection - With the money I was looking at the Dominator Extreme. Very nice looking truck. Great performer as well. I may have to wait till next year, even though NitroHouse has them onsale right now.

Don't have a savage, don't need one...
Maxx starts easy, runs SO strong and handles great... My Maxx is emptying my neighbors
wallets trying to keep up with me- and I don't have the 2 speed transmission yet!
My truck is the bar for trucks on my block. A guy goes and gets a motor or a mod and
he puts it against mine.
I had my initial complaints, but this thing is 100% fun now after I learned it's limits and
I can drive it much better.

you got that right. i ran my MT2 into a curb at 35mph, the curb definatly won.
$45 later and 2 CV's and i was bashing again.
i didnt break anything else though on my bone stock Cen MT2.
Cen makes a tough truck.
