RE: best stadium truck
Look at the Cen ST2, It is built on the Fun Factor frame. It is a realy simple conversion to make it an MT, so if you get bored with the stadium you have other options without buying a new truck. It is fairly inexpensive, good quality, and Cen has awesome tech support. Parts are usually mail order only, because LHS's wont carry unpopular brands. If you have questions post em or call Cen.

RE: best stadium truck
Best stadium? 2wd... I say the XXNT. I don't like how the RC10GT's engines need a short shaft. Best 4wd Stadium HPI Nitro MT, or the Ofna Pirate 10 monster. However the pirate 10 monster reaches the monster truck level because the wheels make it huge and also it has a .21, giving the competition a disadvantage.

RE: best stadium truck
This seems like a good place to ask a question I've had for a while.
What IS the difference between a stadium truck & a buggy????
The obvious answer is that the buggy has exposed shocks/shock towers, but if you put a different body on, it seems like you'd have a stadium truck?
What other factors are involved?

A stadium is usually a two wheel drive truck with a buggy suspension and larger tires in the front.
Study, You can buy a kit if you want or need it two wheel drive. The kit pretty much removes the front diff, and puts in a slipper clutch instead of the two speed. Although, I think you can set up the four wheel drives as two by getting buggy spindles and removing the center drive shaft. The front diff would still be mounted but you wont be pushing the diff around with the center shaft missing.
