Making your own battey pack !!!!!!!
I seen the thread about batteries and it peaked intest. My question is could you make your own battery pack with high grade batteries and add the wiring and shrink wrap it. I worked out the cost and it is cheaper thatn buying the pack. Any thoughts ??? Would there really be any difference

Yes, you can make your own packs. The problem is trying not to cook the batteries while you are soldering the connectors together. The big bonus with making your own packs is you can make it how ever you want it. You can make a twelve cell hump if you want, and if your system can handle it. It give you more flexibility.
