Default HELP PLEASE

I just finished building my TXT-1 and I'm getting power from the driveshafts, but it stops somewhere in the axles because they are not turning. I'm posative that I put them together right?

Do you have the set screws that connect the driveshaft to the diff tightened. IF those screws aren't tightened, the driveshaft will just spin on the output yoke.

Just checked that, its not the problem? I also noticed that when I put the axles together I tried to spin with my fingers at the input yoke and it then didn't spin on the outputs? I know my termanology is probably way off but I hope understand.
