lol thanks for the comments. well nitro7 those are the stock tires so they were pre glued and i couldn't get the outside of the tires off so i just tore the inside off the rims and bought a few hundred roofing nals from home depot for $1 then stuck them through one by one then put a long strip of ducktape around the inside to help them from ppping out. with those tires on the snow and ice, i swear it goes faster than my gt goes on drive pavement, it is sweet! and in the grass, i wheelies the whole time!

Hmmmmm. I had done that years ago on one of my old Nikko buggies. But I think I might just do that with an old set of tires for my Savage.

Thanks for the idea again guys

Hi Guys,

We have gotton snow and we are ready to test run the Savage now. We had quite a bit more design mods for the Savage than the TMAXX but it was worth the extra work as this monster will rock. The TMAXX ran well leaving a trail of snow in the air. Some of you guys would have seen my post http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/TMAX...1335027/tm.htm earlier last week and now we are ready to rip the snow with the Savage. I will be making vids of both in the morning and will get them on line. I tried responding to all emails and PMs about this but if I missed anyone please forgive us as we were working on the Savage perfecting the the positive locking mechanism on the skis. Our skies and it's suspension arms are made from aircraft quality aluminum.

Looking foward to some fun in the snow in the morning. Who said winter has to be long and boring, we can now race in the Alps

Hi fiv4fghtn,

We are going into production next week Monday. Some guys want the kits for Christmas so that they can race during the holidays. Looks as though I would not have holidays

Will keep you updated.
