Default T-MAXX & SAVAGE 25 KILLER: OFNA TWIN TITAN IS HERE!

I HAVE RECENTLY SOLD MY T-MAXX AND GOT MYSELF A MAXX KILLER!

Before I can get to full throttle, the truck is gone!

Unbelievable torque and speed.

Hi guys. I sold my t-maxx in ebay for $479.99. Just a suggestion. It was a 14 year old kid so I was fortunate with the price.

Sorry, I just don't get twins.

They do NOT make your truck faster (the twin Savage in this month's RCCA is slower than a regular S-25), they certainy handle worse (HEAVY=bad handling), and they double the headaches that go with every nitro motor.

Maybe/probably they pack more low end torque, but it's not like you're gonna be pulling anything, and the extra weight will counteract any potential acceleration gain.

Sorry, it's just a gimmick. If you want a "real" monster, get a .70 or bigger, or better yet, try squeezing a Zenoah into a 1/8 truck!!

Can any one give a review of driving the truck and playing with it please? And I have to agree with the above comment. Not alot of usefulness to this truck other then cool factor.

Wicked truck man! I've thought about buying one, but the concept of the two motors...Well, lets just say that would suck if one went before the other. No matter what, youd be buying, or rebuilding BOTH motors at the same time. Still a sweet truck though. Is that body stock? That black body looks amazing.

Hi, I have run twins and have built them. You can easly get more speed from a twin IF you gear it up from stock other wise for the most part the top speed will be close to stock. With the stock gearing the diffrence is in POWER!, QUICKNESS!, EXCELLERATION! with a very cool sound factor. The TwinTitan is no race or thrash machine and for me the biggest reason to own one is the SUPER COOL! factor of it being the FIRST EVER factory built, limited edition, individualy serial numbered kit. These type of kits are NOT for a newbie or kid and are better suited for the hardcore experienced nitro fan. I think it is definatly a collectors kit. To get the most performance from a twin engined kit, a "pan chassis" is the only way to go (light, simple, strong) with a low center of gravity will give very impressive performance. For me, tuning/running twins is easy but I have also been in the hobby 15+ and have many years of full size auto experience so tuning is a non issue for me.

I am redesigning my twin blazer now and will be finishing off a twin dominator afterwards.

Cool body Gator! Where did you purchase it?

As for the black body, it is stock. I do not plan to place the stickers. It will just look childish for me.

I have not broken it in but I will post the performance.

As far as feedbacks I have heard from titanforms.com. They said it beats a Savage 25 and T-maxx easily in acceleration and top speed. Another user even claimed that he still beat the mentioned trucks when uninstalled one engine.

I have to see for myself?

Beats a T-maxx and savage. Maybe stock it will be quicker and may be able to hang on the top. But not with one engine. This I know first hand I have the Titan and I'm not smoking t-maxx's and savages stock.

The truck looks really well made and is cool to look at but I wouldn't want one.Get some fuel in those lines and tell us how it goes.

Nice looking MT twinmania, but (and I say this without meaning any disrespect) it will be more of a collectors item than a contender at the track. Just the same it's a very unique truck that you can be proud to own.

Nice looking truck but I'd put my Savage beside it on a track.

jeez, ease up guys, dont you remember when you were a little kid and you had the first super nintendo on the block and you felt like the luckiest SOB in the world? good times, good times. have fun with it! remember though, it is easier to take out an engine than it is to add another plus, if you take out one engine, that leaves room for ANOTHER fuel tank can you imagine running a 45 min. A main without refueling?

Good point, thanks. I can actually take one engine out and keep one as spare. This would really reduce the weight also.

Just put it this way. By taking one engine out, it is like having a wider OFNA titan deluxe with extra goodies like all hardened steel gears, massive cva's, and more included upgrades.

I am not saying that I am taking out one engine now. Off course, I wanna run it with two. I am just planning this for the near future which will also give me a spare engine.

I plan to get K&N filters.

Anyone have used them with our without pre-filter (foam)?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks.
