Default No gas

I just got my St-15 from my grandpa for christmas yesterday. Me and my dad took it out earlier today and it will only start if you pour gas directly into to the carb, but when I prime it gas goes all the way to the carb but then leaks out around the end the the fune line. I would appreciate the help this is my first nitro truck.

Sounds like maybe the HSN (high side needle) is all the way in. Check that and also see if there is anything in the end of the fuel line like where it was cut. If thats not it then you have trash in the carb.

Are you running your truck without the airfilter?

I doubt he is doing that. Thats how I find out why a engine wont start...to check if its no getting fuel just take the filter off and put a few dropps of fuel in the carb.

I've got the needle set at 3 3/4 turns like recomended, the carb is getting gas but gas is still leaking from the fuel nipple. It is like the hi speed needle itself is to far down and it is blocking gas flow. When i take out the needle it flows freely.

check that there isnt a split in the end of the fuel line. sometimes even the best eyes can miss a split in the line. (my eyes are just getting worse lol)

The only thing i can tell you is make sure that there is not a small piece of tubing where the high speed needle sits.

If it has a black nipple...i bet you had it upsidedown. It will only work 1 way. The washers should not change anything.
