You need to look at the frequency of each radio. You can do this by reading the number on the transmitter or receiver crystal. When all else fails, do a check (with no engines running) to see if you have interference by turning the radio gear on for both trucks.

well the T-maxx uses 27 MHZ AM, crystal colors blue,red,orange,yellow,black,green. Now if you have different colors you should be just fine.... or if your buddy has a 75 MHz radio, or if you upgraded yours, just look at the frequncies... they are all numbered.
