Default NITRO FUEL CAR AND PLANE DIFFERENCE

I have heard that they do not recommend running airplane fuel in a rc car. I don't see why airplane fuel comes in 10 or 20 % nitro so does car fuel , airplane fuel comes in 16 or 20 % oil and car fuel mostly comes in 12 or 20 % oil. they seem to be very similar. what is so different in the blend

I tried to run some 20% Wilcat airplane fuel in my T-Maxx, and it ran like crap. I think there is too much oil in your typical airplane fuel. Somebody help me out if I am wrong.
