I have been reading this forum for about three months and I have read the numerous threads regarding these two trucks . Last night I did my own comparision . In my opinion both trucks are great and you couldnt go wrong if you bought either one . They are different trucks that do somethings similiar yet at the same time very different . For all of those that were torn like me , mostly because of this website you cant go wrong with either one . The savage out of the box does not seem as cheaply built but the Tmaxx did things I simply could not get the savage to do .
My suggestion to all those with this delima at some point own them both . It is more interesting to enjoy the hobby with someone else and have trucks that can do different things.
For all those that cant afford the expense of nitro . My son bought himself the Stampede . I own 7 different trucks and I must say that little thing is incredible . I like it a more than my emaxx .It is just plain fun.
