Default need TLT help

I have a TLT and I just locked the rear diff with Ofna diff lock grease, and I locked the center diff with traxxas rubber things that replace the balls. I also installed 4 wheel steering. Anyway, the problem is that whenever I start to run the truck, the batt. and engine heat up really fast and it doesn't want to run. Also, it won't reverse like it should, and the batt. is dead in around 2 minutes no matter what kind of batt. I'm using. Could someone tell me what is going on and what I should do to fix it? Thanx

It sounds to me like something is binding up in the drivetrain very badly due to something you just did. Does it have poor accelleration too? I would say that it has something to do with you locking the rear end. I would pull it apart, and clean it out, and then try running it again. You must have gotten it on some gears that you shouldnt have, and now its binding up. Good luck.

It does have very good accelleration. I was careful not to get the diff locking goo on anything other than the diff too. ?????????

Did you ONLY put it inside the rear differential? So it DOES have good acceleration? Spin the wheels, so that the whole drivetrain turns, and see if you feel any binding. I dont know what your problem could be.
