hmm then i would go with a tmaxx cause they have more space for mods and they have a better CG cause they chassis is flat. But if you are going to bash then get a savage.

SAVAGE

too much to do to keep a maxx going. The engine is crap and the electric start is awful.

hmmm..i never haad any problem with either on my maxx. the motor is fast when you tune it decent, and the electric starter is alot better than the starting system on a savage.

I used the search when I was looking for a truck.
I ended up buying both. The Savage Plastic is flexible and therefore takes to bashing better than the T-Maxx.
T-Maxx is definitely faster and has reverse, a definite plus.
They both have there advantages just depends what you want to use it for.

Savage only gets 5 to 8 minutes on a tank of gas.. Thats what it says on there site, How long does a T-max get on a tank?

This is making me mad i cannot decide between max or savage.. I probly will eventualy end up getting both.

There both good trucks, I'm just gonna have to narrow it down to what one looks cooler lol.. What 1 looks cooler do you guys think?

this is really like comparing an f-150 to a silverado..its all about brand recognition and personal opinion..go look at them both, see what kind of budget u have, and go to a track or local bash area and see what u like better...

T maxx you can get aftermarkets parts for every part of it. Parts will break on both and when they do on the T maxx upgrade to better parts and it will become a strong truck. It is a blast to bash with the power is amazing in the truck.

this topic has been bashed to death time and time again.
there are alot of ppl on this forum that are sick to death of this topic coming every week always by noobs. that is the whole reason the two trucks have their own SEPARATE forums.
