storm will not start

Default storm will not start

I have had this truck a couple of weeks now and went through break in with no probs.Now it wont start do to flooding.I try starting it on starter box and nothing.Gas poors out of pipe when i tilt it on its side.It will start for a few seconds when tank is empty.What settings can i change the carb to to get it it to start.Im a newbie at this stuff so could use some help.Thanks all

sounds like you need to lean out your low speed needle..it should be the screw on the side of the carb, where the throttle arm attaches...you will want to turn it closkwise to lean it out...make only incremental adjustments...like 1/8 turn at a time til it cranks...hope this helps!

thanks 04 i will give it a try.Do you happen to know all screw settings-high speed and lowspeed.I know every engine is different but just wanted a close setting to start from.

every motor is different.. i would check GS's website or maybe its listed in the owners book....sometimes they are nice enough to do that for us!
