A c-vec pipe will be your best bet for performance most definetely. If you want your tmaxx to become alot more durable try investing into rpm a-arms.

That motor pulls some sick RPM's. I would take it from the stock 20t clutch bell, to an 18t bell. Then i would throw a fantom pipe on it. For handling i would get some new shocks. The dynamite shocks are made by Losi, they work great. Then you could do a full RPM plastic setup. Arms, towers, axle carriers with the large bearings.

If you want it to handle better, then you should invest in a higher torque steering servo, and some new tires. If you want it more nimble with better traction, then get some bow tie type tires, or possibly some Road Rages (street tread). If you want a bigger, more stable truck, then get some Big Joes.
