It sounds like it is running rich, lean out the high speed needle an eight of a turn. Depending on weather you will constantly have to retune the engine to get it to start and run. Also you may need to lean out the high speed up to a half a turn until the engine starts to warm up then you can richen it back up.

How old is the glo plug? You may need to replace it. Even if you plug still lights up, it may not be as hot as it was when you first got it. So try a new plug. Make sure your idle is set properly, and see how it runs. Aftermarket heads can cause motors to run TOO cold, making it hard to start, and hard to idle. So, be careful of that. What motor are we talking about, and what vehicle? Fuel content? plugs? how long have you had this motor?

When it dies is it revving up and dying or is it sputtering and dying? And did you try a new glow plug?

Slow down man, take a breath, and lets figure it out. You said you tried everything, leaning it out, turning the idle screw, everything...Well, define everything. How is the truck running, and did you change the glo plug yet? Was the motor tuned, and this just all of a sudden happened? or has the motor been in break-in during this time?

NO! If you turn the needles clockwise, that will LEAN it. Counter clockwise richens it up.
