well the four stroke engines run at a Low RPM considered to a 2 stroke motor. what you need i believe is a smaller spur gear and a bigger clutch bell, i think some thing like a 66 tooth spur, and a 18-22 tooth bell, closer to 22 tooth, but i could be wrong, it has been a long time since i had my 4 stoke .40 T-maxx.

Yes I thought of that but what I don't know is how do I get a .15 sized bell on a .26 four stroke? What do I need?
thanks for your reply

i think the crankshafts are a standard size between all motors.... at least i think you must just have to change the bearings... with ones with a bigger inner diameter, or maybe if it doesn't fit, go to a .21 clutch bell, or 1/8. but if i remember.... with my .40 it all fit nicely.

I finally recieved the .26 but I still don't have the muffler.
I tryed turning it on and I couldn't keep it on. It just turned on and shut off in 3 seconds. Is this becouse I don't have a muffler to give the tank back pressure? It won't turn on unless I blow a little fuel in the carb through the pressure line that connects to the tank.

without a muffler or header and it is still quieter than a 2 stroke.
It sounds awsome like that.

Well I got done with the .26 now I am going to put a .40 because the .26 can't cary the t-maxx around very well. I just bought a .40 and am waiting for it to arrive.
I want to post vids but I don't know how to load them into my computer. I have a sony DCR-TRV250 digital camera.
