ok, but the wheel offset is what i worry about (depth). if the wheels are not the right offset, there bound to rub.
thanks, for the foam idea.....

Yenko, 2.2 wheels/tires are all going to give you a similar ride height, you will need to get the wheel adapters to go to a larger wheel and tire. You will lose a little acceleration with larger tires, but if you go with the offset T-maxx wheels you will gain some stability.

well i guess that would make for a great mod, just building a bigger chassis.
and swap for a bigger engine, and install those tires ...

With the adapters those would fit on the axle. But I dont know how they would turn. You would definitely need a metal gear high torque servo and a 6V hump pack. With as big as those tires/wheels are, unless they have some serious offset, will rub the frame. I would stick with standard T-maxx tires and the offset wheels recommended with the adapter kit. But its really up to you what you want to buy. As far as a larger frame, it can be done. But cost is what has kept a lot of aftermarket manufacturers from making them.

remember yenko, the mt2 can have most .21 sized motors bolt right too it, if you need more power for larger wheels
