I havent tried those with any large motors yet, but i have stripped out 40 series, and other proline wheels. Im currently using the HPI Q6 wheels, and they are holding up really well. The wheel nuts arent coming loose either.

i use the velocity 6 rims with a .27 and i have a 4-shoe aluminum clutch. i dont seem to have a problem. and i put a hole lot of stress on the wheels and they dont strip. i think the velocity rims work good and they look cool.

I have never ran them but my buddy I race nitro with always uses them. He has finished two races on 3 wheels from stripping them out and then breaking them. I use regular velocity wheels and have had no problems yet.

I ran the velocity 6 off sets for a bit and the bearings in the uprights shredded after a short time. If you want mine make me an offer in a PM. Just make it worth going to the post office and they're yours.

I have tried a set of these rims with off-set and have a set of mambo's in the 40 size. The wheels are ok not to bad just use flanged nut's to fasten then down.
