MONSTER GT HOP UPS............... Mine personally is Bone Stock and I am new to this hobby other than my 3 weeks of instense research of which truck to buy. Just got mine yesterday and actually drives like a dream for me now but you can't buy into this hobby and not hop up. So with out further delay.......... what are you guys running, what kinda difference did it make, and how did ya do it!!!!!!! Also do they make any aftermarket bodies for these trucks like they do for the Savages & Maxxs. I know when I was going to buy a Savage I was wanting that Elcamino Body ........ That thing was Sweet!!!!! Anyways LIST'EM, IF YA GOTT'EM.........[8D]

racinghardcore has the highest prices for any car parts. i wouldnt get anything from them. thyey jack the prices up like over 50%. i would try looking at www.towerhobbie.com or www.hobbypeople.net . thats where i get all my parts for my maxx and they are very reasonably priced.

Speaking of the Maxx, are the shocks on the GT and the shocks on the Maxx interchangeable?? If so the powerstroke shock kit from Pro-line would fit also.

I have had both trucks and I would have to say that the MGT overall is a better truck. I ran a savage all last season and it was great. I recently aquired a MGT when I traded one of my savages for it. Well needless to say I raced it this weekend and I will never go back. I sold my last savage today and I will only be running my MGT. It handles very well and it seems very stable during high speed runs which my savage wasnt until I added the ext chassis. Right now I am running my sirio 27 but next race I will try the RB WS7II in it. It should scream.

Just let me say this wingburner...there are better radios out there. I replaced mine with a Futaba 3 PDF and it works great now.
