The Maxx has earned it's place in the halls of the RC history museum. Traxxas did something AMAZING with the Maxx, and believe it or not, we are all enjoying the fruits of Traxxas' labor years ago. The MT market is at a head with a LOT of players in the game, some with first gen, and some on their second generation releases.

The Maxx was a HIGHLY successful feat, but it is getting 'dated' with the proliferation of next generation products, Revo included. So, the Revo will dethrone his old pops, but not without giving credit where it is due!

I think the Revo may be too advanced. I wouldnt want to worry about all those new electric things on it. It is going to be close.

You're over complicating it. It's not that big of a deal. A sensor to monitor and protect the transmission from shifting at high speeds, and an extra steering servo? Big deal. If you can figure out how to get online and post a thread here on RCU, you can figure it out, I promise you that.

I just saw the video clip at RCX about it and has so many new things, but Traxxas made them easy to figure out, and in a couple months, all kinds of hop up parts will be coming out, just like with the T-Maxx and even though now you can do a lot more with the T-Maxx with hop ups, the Revo will be just like that soon probably so i'm going to save up and buy one and when i get enough money hope fully there wil be a ton of parts to buy
