For a fantom .18, is it worth it to get a different than stock pipe (TMAXX), if so which one.

I did find the steel fantom pipe for the tmaxx, since no one else has a better one I will assume that this one is the right one. the thing I CAN say about steel pipes is that the resonance of the metal does make a difference you can notice. I run the large gasoline RC boats and steel pipes by far are better than aluminum in both sound and performance.

I have the Sirio Big Bore pipe for mine. It is the only pipe I have ran on it so I can't tell you how much better it is than the stock pipe. I switched to the Sirio pipe when the Traxxas 2.5 was in the truck and it made a noticable improvement, and so did the Motor Saver air filter. The Sirio pipe is aluminum by the way.
