Default what would be a better deal?

i was look at the nitro sportmaxx rtr for my next r/c down the line. i dont want the nitro tmaxx. with the sport i would put reverse and 4x4 myself as a little fun.. i was also lookin at the mad force. i was wonderin what other MT out there that are 40+mph that have nice upgrades available and dont cost more than 370-380$ for the RTR..

So, why don't you want a TMaxx if you are going to upgrade the Sportmaxx to a TMaxx anyway?

The TMaxx has 4WD and Reverse already included and it sells for $369 at [link=http://www.ultimatehobbies.com//p479.html]Ultimate Hobbies[/link]

Well my 1st choice would be a savage. There 400$, they go about 40 mph, and there more durable then any truck out there, and has tons of upgrades avalible.. If you buy a sport max or a t-max ull probly spend 100$ fixing it everytime u bash anyways.. But its a good truck besides that.

Another good choice is a mammoth, they go 52 mph stock.. And id say its the next most durable truck. And i been hearing alot of good about that mad force, so id look into that.

Savages jump better, Mammoths are faster, Savage has reverse, Mammoth is simpler and easier to work on, Savage has a sealed trans., Mammoth comes with a better engine.

CONFUSED YET ?????[sm=bananahead.gif]

I got a Mammoth and it is a great truck. They were on sale in April for $369.

you can always take the front drive shaft out if you wanna go 2 wheel drive, gives you the best of both worlds then, but when i broke my front one on the MGT it was pretty hard to drive on tarmac in rear wheel drive!

Just get this one... Traxxas sold them the design, and its hella cheaper. Just ditch the engine and get something worth racing, so far this truck has been stellar for racing.
