My New Race Truck
Here's a couple of shots of my new race truck, well it will be soon. Anyway, I'm building this truck on A Pro Hobby Racing prototype chassis and braces. This will be my first big block Maxx style truck and I can't wait to get it up and running. I'll post more pics as i go.

RE: My New Race Truck
The engine in the pics is one of my (many) old RG's I recently revived for this truck. It's got fresh Boca bearings, a new piston and sleeve, polished and balanced crankshaft, rod has been knife edged, modded backplate, and assorted small cuts here and there. I doubt it will have much more power than a stock RG, but I'm hoping it will have a bit more torque and runtime. It will also get a Nocer performance head button and heat sink.

The RG is not an insane fast engine, but with the right pipe it is one of the quickest off the corners. On short tracks it's a real hard engine to beat.

RE: My New Race Truck
The RG is a insanely fast engine in the mad force my mad focre does around 55 mph with this engine but then again the 3-speed helps a bit.
