I do a full shock rebuild every month or when I notice my shocks are sticking due to a bent shaft, leaking, or whatever.

That depends man. If im out driving in a field, without alot of jumping, i could easily go a month without changing it. However, the new park i found is awesome for jumping. After about 12-15 tanks of fuel, my rear shocks definitely need a rebuild. I was jumping constantly.

And BTW, it also depends on the quality of the shock. If you have a high end aluminum body shock with a real good seal, you wont be filling them as often.

If you race like I did, you will be replacing them that much more often. I remember my killer Storm Pro I had. Every two weeks, I would need to rebuild the shocks due to a harder or softer track conditions no thanks to poor maintenance.

I have the stockers on the SS but the backs started to leak. I had to ask this because one gallon seamed kinda short before a rebuild but im just a newbie. J/K
