Is your engine tuned correctly?
What do your clutches look like?
Are you guys running the same gear?
Are you guys just drag racing or on the track??

Cough up the info

i had the same problem when i put the 24.7 in my buggy. i had to lean out the LSN a lot. then it runs very fast. for some reason my LSN was almost all the way open.

check your clutch shoes if the leaning of the LSN does not prove to be the fix. they might be melted, might wanna give them a light sanding.

okay..............i clutch shoe is a little piece of platic/teflon/carbon/alluminum that slips onto your flywheel pins. your flywheel is the big round thing on your crankshaft. to check your clutch shoes for wear you have to take off your clutch bell and look to see if they are 'shiney'. if they are, just rub a little sand paper on them. wear occurs if you put too muich stress on them or just through time.
