I doubt it. The reason our gasoline is so expensive is because we are subsidising the gas prices in Iraq. Gasoline, after it's refined from crude oil, is actually running at close to $1.50 per gallon in Iraq, but is currently being sold in Iraq for about $0.05 per gallon. I could only imagine that the reason for this reduced price is so that Haliburton basically doesn't have to pay for fuel while they rebuild Iraq, thus making their profits even larger. Meanwhile, our gasoline taxes have gone up because WE are paying the difference in price per gallon in Iraq for the currently reduced price. Since Nitro fuel is not taxed the same way that standard gasoline is, the price shouldn't increase.
