Default Traxxas Revo 3.3 or HPI Savage 1/8 4.6

Having a difficult time in deciding between a Traxxas Revo 3.3 Nitro, HPI 1/8 Savage 4.6. or the Savage 5.9. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

i own both trucks they are great trucks the traxxas main benefit is ease of use and parts are easy to find and cheap but it does not compare to the savage this is a great truck with a lot of power and a lot of room for hop ups i drive the savage and the kids usually drive the revo also you may consider the associated mgt

Everyone knows the Revo is better. They just don't want to admit it.

Since I have a Revo I would get the Savage!!

Man I have no idea. I think either one would make you happy.

Traxxas has incredible customer support and Revo hop ups are everywhere. Maybe HPI is the same, I don't know. I really do want to own a Savage at some point though, even though I love my Revo.

See what is included with each one and buy whatever you can get a better package deal on.

the revo is great to bash and race...its faster then the savage and handles better. its easier to work on, u can buy parts anywhere, the customer service is great and u can find stocker replacement parts for dirt cheap on ebay.

I do agree that Traxxas does have outstanding customer service.
Thanks you guys for all the feedback. Looks like Revo has the edge.

Really, pick a year buddy since revo was released, , what trucks won the titles, oh l dont see savage there anywhere, only revo, l'd say thats outright pwnage wouldnt you ?
Look at almost ALL the reviews, done by independent magazines, revo is on top by miles, l'd say thats pwned wouldnt you nitro.rc.racer ?
Or were you just going of the comments in here, thats pretty narrow isnt it ?
The 4.6 is a good truck, l own a 3.5 savage, a mate has a 4.6, and yes its miles better than my 3.5, revo,, people, is a 3.3, it outright kills the 3.5 savage, of the mark, of the road , off its head it is, the 4.6 is just as fast, and having the bigger engine has a few more options as a truck out of the box, it is keeping up with a revo out of the box no worries, but its no revo, it will not do the jumps to the same height without breaking, as tough as all you recon ya savys are, lve destroyed mine on concrete, the same concrete the revo jumps on ,still, the revo is faster around a track, becasue of its chasis set up, the savy is a stiff springed bouncer, the revo is an absorber, there really is no comparision, its revo all the way.

Hahaha, sizzle sizzle, oo oo oo lm burning ! Tell me is there a burning feeling in your ears ! LOL !

Who are those monkeys? Squidoo? what?

inneresting....

If you go by what monster truck wins the most national Pro RC races that would be Tim Roberts for team Traxxas driving a Revo for the past 3 years I believe.

haha...that top 10 list was made by some guy who likes RC cars....direct quote from the link above.
Hey everyone! My name is Lee, and I'm an RC enthusiast....
not an expert, not a pro racer...an enthusiast. so that site has no validity whatsoever. find me a top 10 list from RC driver magazine with the savage above the revo.

You might want to consider the muggy(its so worth the price). I saw that thing bashing at a track around my house and that things was turning so beutifully and i was standing right next to the guy who was using it. I asked him what is his favorite thing on it and he said i like the speed this thing turns because it has dual steering servos and the suspension setup.
