you must be smoking them tweeds too because i see no evidence of something breaking? the operator just wasn't giving it enough gas. In any case I expect that it will have many problems and that it will take a while to get them fixed. Ya'll who are getting the Genesis be prepared for putting it on display for a while cuz it will be out of commission till Cen gets you replacement parts.
I should my Genesis trucks today or maybe later this week and I will post my review as well.

I wana add that you all who like CEN and it's products and you want them to succeed with the Genesis need to have patience and work with their tech support to repair problems that will arrise. It's the only way to make this truck the best out there. So help Cen out by having patience instead of beating on the truck itself. If the support is good the truck will turn out good as well.

I am a huge fan of CEN and the only thing I said that was negitive was that I agree with the tranny problem. I am not such a big fan that I am going to lie about what happens and what dosnt happen. I speak the truth and I hope you all understand that.

When I first watched the video I did see and hear the reving but if you listen closley the engine clearly isnt reving enough to move like RCnutz said.


What I'm thinking is that someone gave it a bit of gas then applied the brakes.

If you have ever driven a nitro rc then you would know that if you lightly press the throttle the engine will rev.Just becasue the engine is going doesn't mean it will make the truck move.Also note that it revs and then completely stops?Which leads me to believe its the breaks

Wellsweet shoes we are making apoint that it looks like something got stripped or not. This is very useful because if something DID strip why and where would help people when they buy the truck..

Yes I see the forward bounce of the brakes being applied after seeing him revving high enough it should have bolted away, but did not then he revved it again and saw it barely move he hit the brakes and the video ended...

I'm not sure if the audio on my pc is screwed up but the rev on the last bit of video you can hear it barley reving the engine.I dotn see why someone need the brakes if there striped gear?

As for hitting the brakes if it was stripped who knows why he hit the brakes.... Also I can hear very clearly the revv of the engine and it shouldnt have been barely rolling.

wow! its evident here that there are some huge cen fans.iam not spreading rumors just telling like i see it.you guys make it sound like the people who think the truck broke are happy it did and thats not the case.just putting our oppinions out there.

Geez the whole thing is pure speculation. Stop writting opinions based on nothing really. I don't see any evidence of stipped gears or differentials. Of course we could interpret a lot of things and throw opinions out there but it would all be speculation so lets just shut up!

It dose look good.. i watch all the vidoes on it & said not bad for the size..Im not bashing cen..( i have had cen products before)BUT something let go...& there is no other motors running in the back round..It dont matter to me either way.I was never going to get one anyways..just thought i would bring it to your guys attention...

I've had high hopes for this truck ever since they released the 1st pic but I'm having serious reservations. Don't get me wrong, I didn't preorder or anything because I knew a Truckzilla conversion would've been cheaper but I've been reading the info that has made it to me. The most recent info is the most interresting. I've watched it 20 times at least. Something wasn't right the last two times he touched the throttle.

I'll stick with the comment that 1st came to mind when the pics 1st came out... "Wow! They almost copied the Savage AND they found a way to make it REDDER!"

BTW, I'm not trying to bash. Just calling it as I see it.

I could honestly care less if the genny is a success or a failure Sure I would rather it be a success becks then more aftermarket part producers will recognize cen.I think people are scared of competition for there beloved truck so they will pull out all stops to find something wornge with it but as you said that just what I'm seeing from this thread.
