I don't know what 1,52 ps means or even where you got that figure since your link never says 1,52 ps.
P.S. means "post signature", and I guess that "ps" could be shorthand for "pull start", but in your link it says that the engine in question has 3.74 ps, and later in the page it states that it has 3.74 hp. So I'd figure that they rate the engine at 3.74 horse power and the "ps" is something that is just lost in the translation since it's a German site.
BHP means Brake Horse Power, which is what a dyno measures. An engine is basically placed against a load (brakes) and the power in which it can spin the load determines the amount of BHP which is the same as just saying HP or Horse Power.
