Most narrow tires for Monster truck.
What are thew most narrow tires for monster truck.
I have savage and I want to race it, and I think it would be better to have narrow tires.

No, you are wrong. The savage especially has a really high COG. You will want a wide tire (bow tie), and possibly even an offset wheel to make the truck even wider.

no matter what the narrower tire equals less mass which equals less to pull therefor it will move faster and corner better

do not i repeat do not listen to that retard jmangone hes a retard he does not know what hes talking about hes 12 and gay i know what im talkin about get wider there is more of a contact patch wit the wider tires and all the racers use them so u cant go wrong

For racing you want... Bowties, Dirt Hawgs (40 size), Zombies (with stiff foams), and the stock ones are good too. Even the stock t-maxx tires are good. If you just want a skinny tire get some 1/8 buggy wheels.
It is true that when racing an MT you want wide tires, it is all about track width in stability.

The reason I am asking is that I have lowered the car by 1cm putting a pair of shock bump stop rubber inside the shock housing.
It works great the car is much more stable and now I need more grip, the narrower the tire is, the less it will float on top of the surface.
Ill probably go with bow-tie 40 series.

Bowties are a good choice, the regular size are good too when used with the 2-stage foams
Another tire that I like is the Ofna "Oval pins" they look like step pins without the step.
they hook up well on wet or dry track surfaces, last a long time too.

You just keep dreaming. I guarantee you will NOT be cornering better with a narrow tire. You might STEER better at LOW speeds, but you definitely will NOT be doing the same high speed cornering as the trucks with wider tires.

ooops i thought he had a sportmaxx cause lots of people race them......
sry bout that but skinny tires would help with a two wheel drive vehicle if u put them in the front because less to push.
hey buddy i was gonna get smaller ones on my evader and the guys at lhs even said i would gain about 2-3 mph on top speed and i would have better accleration
one more im 13. ur 14 u know a whole lot more

Wide tires for racing,hill climbing,mud racing and sand dunes
Narrow tires for rock crawling (preferably a wide tire on a narrowed rim)
LST tires on narrowed rims are all you will ever need for crawling...sorry a lil off topic
