Are you using the stock pipe and/or motor? Thaose would probally be the iggest power boost witht he right gearing of course.

Yes currently i am bone stock. I was thinking about upgraded motor and pipe but im not sure which one would give me insane power. Id also like a motor that i could just drop in. If anyone has any more suggestions id love to hear them! thanks

You know Yokomo just released an on-road nitro car that will do 60mph stock. You want to do what??
I guess the only way to get reasonably close would be to toss the wheels/tires for very small alternatives. Put 2.2 stadium truck tires on and gear it way down. Also use a smooth tread pattern, or as close to that as you can find. Gearing will be the hard part, I don't think you'll be able to find suitable parts so you may need to adapt gears from other kits. You basically need as large a clutch bell as you can fit and as small a spur gear as you can get. Acceleration will be nonexistent with the stock motor, if you plan to actually get near 60 you'll need to drop a high revving big block in, like a Picco 26. Shoot for an engine with high RPMs as it will make gear easier. Finally, drop as much weight as possible from the truck. Replace aluminum with plastic where possible.
This will no doubt be an expensive and difficult mod but with a lot of work I can see it working. I'm not even gonna ask why, I'm sure you have your reasons.

The differences between the CEN MT2 & ATX are:
1. Pinion Clutch Bell Gears are 11/14 teeth (Part No.:G84309-04) for MT2 & 14/17 teeth(Part No.:G84308-04) for ATX.
2. The Tires are Monster type over 13cm dia (Part No.:FF035) for the MT2 & FF015 with 12cm dia. for ATX.
Changing to bigger tires with give you better top speed. There is a T15/18 pinion (Part No.:G84307-04) which will give you even lower gearing. All the information are on Page 30 & 31 of the CEN Nitro Handbook. According to the handbook, you may be able to go lower further with your gearing if you chose the Spur & Pinion set for CEN's on-road car series.

RE: 60mph cen fun factor atx?
While using large tires will potentially increase your speed (larger radius therefore the truck travels further on each rotation) the extra speed gained isn't worth the price you pay on trying to run such huge tires. There's much more rotating mass and surface patch on a larger tire than on a larger clutch gear. You get the same speed with a larger tire as you do with a smaller spur gear. As long as speed is your only concern, there's almost no downside of going to smaller tires and higher fear ratio. Do realize, this truck wont be off road capable anymore after all these mods, so don't plan on going 60mph in the dirt.

Ok so maybe 60mph is out of the question. I want this to be quick and be able to go off road so what kind of engine upgrade could i get? Could i go to a .18 or higher?

CEN has a NT-18 whick should be a direct replacement. In fact, you can just take out the Sleeve & piston of your .16 & replace them with the S&P of the .18 I am not 100% sure but you can ask CEN supports for details.
Where is Mecky33 when you need him? He has done this mod. some time ago if I remember correctly.
