Balact, I beg you to change that exhaust pipe... It would make the appearence a whole lot better, also i think it's time for an air filter change
__________________________________________________ _______________________________________

what should i change the exhaust setup to? please help. as far as cost. this bad boy only cost $530.00 for the truck and $199.00 for the engine. but that was over 2 1/2 years ago. i have a slew of trucks (15 in all) however this is the one that starts when i want it to, never overheats, lands on all four after a jump no matter how bad the launch, powers up and runs like a bat out of hell whether i use 15%-20%-33% nitro fuel. i'm telling you this truck kicks all form of *****. finally, never a broken part and that is saying alot.

Youve NEVER broken a part? WoW. I have a titan with the conversion kit installed. What engine and exaust did you use? I havn't really pushed my Titan to it's limits. Does it go any slower with the new engine?

XTM MAMMOTH! Extremly fast! Best engine! Very easy to tune! Big truck. A piece of cake to work on. Not bashworthy out of the box. Needs a little bracing. I put a dadders cage and Barnburner arms and I have not broken anything. There is the diff. problem but longer screws and shims are the fix. I believe the Mammoth is more a truggy. And Jeff Guest did win the Colorado State Championship by 22 laps with the XTM Mammoth.

I really don't like the mammoth personally, it handles like crap and is very flexy. Who cares how big or fast it is? Seriously, a truck heavier than 10 pounds with gearing to hit 52 mph???? WAY OVERGEARED!!!

this is buy far the best truck out there. i added a .70 engine and a set of sway-bars. other than that this Ofna titan is all stock and is ROCK solid
Did the air filter that came stock on the Titan fit on the .70?

yes, it is the same air filter. same diff's, same dog bones, same clutch shoes, same clutch, same radio and electronics, same tires, same gas tank. the only thing i added/replaced are a set of sway bars due to the unreal power from this engine twisting the suspension causing the truck to almost be undrivable. getting the .70 to fit wasn't much of a challenge all i did was measure out new holes for the .70 to sit properly. i bent the rear brace bar 16 degrease dead center to fit over the exhaust. lastly, i made a stop at the hardware store for 5mm or 6mm engine mount screws just in case the stock one weren't strong enough. so you see folks less than $25 USD you to can turn an over priced, less than reliable truck, into an absolute BEAST.

one more thing i forgot to mention i also upgraded the starterplate with a $49.99 item i believe its named MSJ products but i'm not sure.
