Default MGT Help!

I received a monster gt for Christmas and after break in, while tuning the engine, I noticed that one of my rear wheels was loose. After closer inspection, it seems that the wheel hex has totally stripped the center of the wheel out. I have bought new wheels and tires and put them on, only to find out that the same rear wheel is pointing inward toward the truck. I have looked over everything, adjusted the turnbuckle and the truck looks fine while sitting on a flat surface, but when you pick it up, the tire is almost at a 20 to 30 degree angle. All of my other tires are fine. I do not want to run the truck because this is probably what caused the wheel hex to do this in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a pic of it right now, but I'll try to get one posted soon.
