I bet if you call Nitrohouse and tell them you're military (I assume you are) they will mail it to your APO via USPS?
If they don't let us know and we'll give em hell over it.
It looks like just the newer kits have the 2 speed, call the vendors you want to deal with, they may have them with 2 speeds and just haven't changed their ads
Just my 2 cents though,,,
That Dom 2 speed ia a PITA, unless it comes with the metal gear I wouldn't touch it, those nylon spur gears are a joke
I was way happier when I was running the single speed in my Dom
