Default Nitro engine EXPERT help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi i just bought a new WASP .21 engine for my T-maxx and i need help to assemble it.

Here is a pic of what i need to do....
How the (*?&*) does the right rubber O-ring stick there?
Any help would be much apreciated.

I didn't even bother putting it in, when I torqued the screw it just ripped in half, doesn't look like its needed anyway.

To keep the O-ring in place, slip it over the metal shaft. There is a notch where it is supposed to rest.

oh and when i install it , do it need the carb on?

Slide the o-rings onto the shafts on either side. You dont need any special tools. After you put on the O-rings, put the shafts into the engine with the o-ring side outward. Put the carb into its hole and push it down. You may have to put some force into it to get it to go all the way down. Make sure you lube up the O-ring on the carburater. Put the screw in, and tighten it down with your allen driver. Those O-rings ARE needed, they prevent the engine from getting an air leak or letting dirt into the carb.

No problem. I knew exactly what you were asking for, the same questions I had when I assembled my Wasp .26. The manual for it isn't the clearist, is it? Enjoy the engine, Wasp is quality!!
