What out this Revo has wings to Fly!
Just finished installing the nice wing on my Revo. I used a different mount and style than most guys are but I like this one. Very easy to make the bracketry needed and absolutely NO customizing or grinding on the stock parts. Only thing is this version (Alpha) will not work with an EZ starter...I switched to Pullstart since the wing adds weight anyhow.
PS. the engine is obviously out...putting the PullStart on it.

SWEET!! What kind of wing is it? The one on my Lightning lasted for one endo. I bought some Kyosho wings, I heard they were a lot more durable. I know for the price they better be. I was going to use a Roto start on mine too but I can't find a backplate in stock anywhere.......

The wing is a Pro-Line Yellow wing...I did boil it for 1 hour to make it more flexible and strong (good tip for any wing!).
The Wing Mount/Stay I used is off an Ofna Ultra LX, because I didn't want to do alot of modification to the rear tower like the Mugen one needs. I simply made a few plates and mounted it...it comes off and the rear tower has no extra holes at all. Also my rear bumper fits...not sure it's needed now but who knows.

nice job, i was just thinking about doing that to my truck also, but didnt feel like cutting away my body.
that last lip on the wing near the top might make more drag than you want.

Wings don't really come into play unless you are moving at a high rate of speed.

To add to Pinolelst's the wing is proven to be a good wheelie bar incase you got a tad happy with the throttle.
