Default Fuel Filter on a Mad Force

Ok. Where the heck do I mount this thing? Any suggestions? It doesn't have any mounting piece, and I'm trying not to resort to drilling holes in the side plates just yet...

It seems every where I try to use existing holes, it butts up against the pipe or gets dangerously close to the clutch bell.

Not knowing what your up against,(cant picture the truck) but I would suggest making some sort of extension bracket to go above the exhuast, or which ever position looks more :"safe". Something like an "L" bracket, you would use to sure up corners in woodwork.

use a small zip tie and run it through one of the holes near the roll bar. this way your filter will lay flat on the inside of the chassis.[8D]

Yea, but I have the stock pipe. So that's right were I have the exhaust system. I may run mount it on the other side, if I can make safe clearance for the throttle linkages.
