anybody using this engines for LST? Any problem with power n durability? how about the gears need to change to ti

THe rossi 28 3 port has bout the same power as the sh 28 The lst can handel it! I would use alloy diff cases to stop flex.mabey ti cb n spurs.o ya and a wheelie bar!!

thank you bro! But mine is 8 port not 3 port it's a race engine .28 will order ti geras n diff case alu

I used the 3 port as an xtream example cause it has more bottom end torque than the turbo 8 port, the 8 port has more top end!

The parts your getting are a good start. In the Tranny I would pick up a extra main output shaft. That seems to be a weak part of the tranny. I just broke one this weekend not 3/4 thru a tank after I put a SH 28 in my LST. I have seen this same part break with the stock engine also. So thats another piece I would keep a spare of. The tranny can take alot of abuse and I'm not sure how long it takes before the shaft goes but from what I can tell we both got about 2 gallons before we broke them.

Have a hard time starting my novarossi 528X Race Engine so converted it to roto start of nova the problem is have to start it sideways with roto start located facing bottom do this affect my hard starting of my LST
