Default MY NEW SAVAGE WITH AN O.S 30 ~!~!~! !!!!!!

Hi all !!! i just traded a compaq ipaq pocket pc for a savage 25 with a O.S 30 motor in it.
but it also comes with the stock .25 motor ( runs good) aluminum integy tvp plates, three speed tranny installed, and spare two speed. roto start, battery, glo ignitor, cahrger, all stock parts, some extra aluminum integy parts, two bodies, two sets of tires/rims(stock, and proline 40 series).

now my question is... how good is the o.s 30 motor, and the stock .25 motor? should i sell both and get a new one ? if so which one?

but my main question is, how good is the o.s

thanks !

O.S. engines are one of the top engines on the market.
A guy that comes to the hobby shop has a o.s. 30 and it has mad torque.
It wheelies like crazy.

umm... I'd sell both and get a LRP Spec 3.. I personally don't have experience with the 30VG but I haven't read too many good things about it (tuning issues, under powered, over-priced, bland port work etc.. ).. The LRP Spec 2 had more power than the 30VG and the Spec 3 is even better...... There are better options than the 30VG for close to half the price of a new one, so you could probably get enough $$ from both your motors to get a better brand new motor.. some examples: SH P6.28 ProSpec, STS D28M, STS D30M, XTM 457 Pro, LRP Z.28 Spec 3, Axail .28 or .32, Racers Edge Surefire .32-(same as Axail)..... all would be better from what I've seen 1st hand and read...

..and all this is just IMO...

Axials aren't too good from what I've heard. Dynamite Mach .28 and LRP .28 are two pretty good engines for their prices.

really? ive heard bad about the Mach engines......I think most of the flak was from the LST1 though.

i love my .30VG. it wheelies my extended, lowered Savvy with nubz in grass while stuck in 2nd (or maybe even 3rd) gear. it actually needed alot of traction control on my M11 to get it to do it though, the sucker just spun the tires.

That was the early LST Mach's, they've been fine since the 'washer' was removed..
