Default How to remove my LST carb?

Hey guys I was just wondering how to get the carb off of my LST? I took the nut and washer off that was connecting it to the engine but I can't get the screw back through to finish taking it off?

You cannot take the screw/bolt out untill you pull the carb off. Once you've got the nut off just grab the carb and pull straight up with maybe a little twisting motion. Once the carbs off, you can pull the bolt out.
When you put it back togeather, be sure to install the bolt first and put a little "sensor safe" rtv sealer on the throat of the carb or you could easily get an air leak. Not a lot though, you don't want to gum up the inside of the motor.

Once the bolt/screw is loose, the twisting motion is all that you need. It may, however, take a large amount of effort to twist it the first time.

How do I get the boot completely off without tearing it up?

The boot just comes off - it sits in a groove. Use a small flat blade screwdriver and pry gently.
